Hello, hello everyone!
As you may have noticed, Noble Craft is undergoing some changes. This thread it to keep you up-to-date with the recent changes that have been happening on Noble Craft.
Website
On the website you will find that the forums has been redone to reduce clutter and make it easier to locate what you need, when you need it. If you click "Forums" on your navigation bar at the top of the page, or click here, you will see that it is now divided into 5 main forum sections. As you can see in this screenshot; http://prntscr.com/78pkc2.
You will also notice that, as mentioned in the previous update post, we have added a Support Center. The Support Center is where you can create purchase issue reports, bug reports, make name change request, make a mute/ban appeal, or report a staff member. For more information about the Support Center, please click here.
Store
The store has been updated as well. In order to provide you the easiest experience, I have listed the perks that you get with each rank on the ranks, rather than redirecting you to another page. This will be easier on your eyes, being as everything is separate according to each rank, rather than clustered in one document. In order to see the perks of the rank, you simply just click the picture with the corresponding rank, and a pop-up with the perks will show up.
You may have noticed that those who had the "Supporter" rank, now have a different rank name. We decided that instead of having the rank, "Supporter", which is very close to the Support team rank, it will now be known as, "Sponsor". This will have the exact same permissions as "Supporter", it's simply just a name change.

In Game
Survival
We have noticed an issue with animals despawning on Survival, this was due to an error on our side. In order to compensate for this issue, please message Tom (nedthefed), if he is online, to reimburse you of your lost animals. The reimbursement will be replacing those animals with new ones.
We have also updated the player Market on Survival. In order to help you get the best deal for your in game money, we have upgraded the shops from 1 day to 5 days, as you...

Hello everyone!
If you've been on the website recently, or are currently reading this you might notice that on the top navigation bar where it says "Home", there has been a new feature added. This feature is called "Support Center".
What is Support Center?
Support Center is the new area where you can submit any issues regarding, purchase support, bug reports, name changes, ban/mute appeals, and staff abuse reports.
How do we use it?
We have made it so that it is very simplified to the public. All you have to do it click "Support Center" on the top navigation bar. It should then redirect you to another page. This page will contain 5 options, you must choose one of the following options that pertains to your issue that you need support with. The options are:
Bug Report Form: Here you would report any bug related issues either on the website or in game. This could be anything from glitches that you are unsure or know about affecting the way the server is usually run, or simply just an issue on the site, where you can't post on a forum or apply for Helper.
Purchase Support: Here you would report any purchase related issues. If you have purchased a rank and have not received in within 20 minutes of your purchase, you would report it here. This area is for any of the purchase issues from http://store.noble-craft.net/.
Name Change Request: This one is pretty self-explanatory. If you have changed your In Game name and would like it to match up with your site name, you would submit a request here.
Mute/Ban Appeal: If you feel like you have been wrongfully muted/banned, you would submit an appeal to try to get the punishment lifted. You must provide a convincing argument as to why your ban/mute should be lifted. If you have been wrongfully punished, and have proof to prove you have not committed the offense, you may provide a screenshot of that as well.
Report a Staff: This area is to report any staff abuse that you may see whilst on the Network or on Forums. We request you provide as much proof as possible in order to ensure that we are punishing the staff in the most fair way possible.
