Noble Craft Network

Hello everyone,

Based on the title, a lot of you are probably sceptical as to what's going to happen. By all means, there's no need to panic! Noble Craft is not going anywhere. I have been given the amazing opportunity to acquire a new server, similar in size to Noble Craft. The server is called PlotsMC. It will be coming to the Noble Craft Hub shortly after this has been posted. PlotsMC will become a Noble Craft server, and ran by us. The staff from PlotsMC will remain the same, and their rules will still apply. Be sure to read and follow them as you play.

To get to PlotsMC, just do /server on any server and click the iron pickaxe!

We hope you enjoy the server, it is a unique gamemode that has been played by a couple of well known YouTubers, such as BigMacNation, GhostGamingYT and DeadloxMC.

As of the day posting this, we have updated our claims plugin on Survival. With this, there was an underlying issue that had kept us from updating earlier. With this update came a conversion for all claims. However, our files appeared to be 'corrupted' to the plugin, resulting in it removing near to all claims on updating. So we had the choice of either not updating the plugin, resulting in sub division claims remaining broken, offline trusting to remain broken and a large amount of content remaining completely broken because it wasn't updated. Or, we update and lose the claims this one time, and have all those features working again. We chose the latter.

As soon as we did this conversion, multiple members of staff went on and claimed well known areas for people who were not available. A lot of public warps have been administratively claimed. If your area has an administrative claim on it, let a member of staff know and they'll sort it out for you. As this also reset claim blocks, we will be giving everyone the amount of claim blocks they need to reclaim their property. If you have been griefed as a result of this, please alert a member of staff and they'll roll it back for you.

We hate to have had to do this now, but it had to happen eventually. Although claims were lost, a lot of good has come out of this. The plugin no longer causes as much lag as previously, meaning the server performance has increased as a result. Sub division claims now fully work, meaning you can set up entire towns inside a normal claim and give residents access to the sub division claims, allowing for plot-like areas to be created. Horse trust now works as intended, meaning ownership can be transferred to other people.

We have now changed everyone's starting claim blocks from 100 to 5,000. Everyone who has not logged in since the claim reset should gain these claim blocks. With this also, we have increased the maximum allowed claim blocks from 5,000 to 50,000, which means you can now store a lot more claim blocks over time.

As for reimbursing claim blocks, we will be reimbursing them as they are requested. People who bought claim blocks will have their reimbursed on top of what they request to compensate. Just let a member of staff know that you purchased claim blocks and they'll forward your request to be reimbursed.

Expect a full site post in the next week or so explaining all the changes going on around the network. There's a lot going to happen.
